Ryan is a highly skilled creative professional with a proven track record in digital media and advertising. Over the course of 9 years, he rose from a junior graphic designer to the head of design and production at a specialist agency. Driven by his passion for providing businesses with comprehensive creative and digital marketing solutions, Ryan went on to become the founder of Reach Digital.

Ryan has expertise in a range of areas, including graphic design, website design, paid media, SEO, and sales. Among his proudest career achievements are transforming his operation from a spare room to a fully-fledged office, assembling a top-notch team, fostering a positive company culture and delivering over £1 million in revenue to a client through an effective SEO strategy.

When he’s not working, Ryan loves to spend time with his family and trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to stay in shape. At Reach Digital, he values collaboration with a talented team, delivering results for clients, and having a great time in the office.

Michelle Stott

Operations Director

Our Operations Director, Michelle, is an experienced marketing professional with over 15 years of experience running successful marketing agencies. She is known for her her forward-thinking approach, strategic thinking, problem-solving,  expertise in operations and exceptional client services. Michelle has an impressive track record of leading successful teams, winning international clients worth billions, and mentoring others to help them reach their full potential.

At Reach Digital, Michelle is excited to be part of a growing agency and has a strong drive for delivering exceptional results to clients. She enjoys the daily variety that comes with working in a marketing agency and assisting clients to reach and exceed their goals and marketing objectives.

In her free time, Michelle loves being outside, spending time in the garden, and walking her dog, she also has a passion for collecting vintage and mid-century furniture. She loves to travel and wants to see as much of the world as possible.

Simon Lewis

Head of Creative

Simon is an experienced creative with years of knowledge and experience as a former Creative Director working with global brands such as Yamaha, SHARP and Fujitsu. His expertise has enabled him to shape existing and emerging brands across multiple disciplines, such as Typography, Videography, and Conceptualising.

In addition to consulting businesses, Simon worked on the creatives of notable projects like Daft Punk's album, Daft Club. In addition, he helped change how the public sees the City of Chelmsford's Cathedral by shaping its brand identity.

Outside of the office, Simon likes to keep an eye on creative trends from his rural home in Essex. It's here where Simon enjoys being outdoors, walking his dogs and exploring the surroundings.

Darren Lovelock

Head of Web Development

Darren is a tech-savvy individual whose web design/development career began many years ago in the days of Macromedia Fireworks, Dreamweaver and using HTML tables for layout. He previously had a strong background in IT and PC building and has experience as a freelance web developer.

He considers one of his career highlights to be when he joined Reach with the outlook of being part of a team. Darren has worked on projects for Royal Botania, Aviva, London Business School and numerous local businesses.

He prefers Windows to MacOS and excels in developing with WordPress, PHP, server administration, virtual machines and Docker. He also wishes Apple would follow Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and discontinue Safari! Darren enjoys solving problems, which makes his job role as a tech professional fulfilling for him.

In his spare time, Darren enjoys PC gaming, keeping fit in his home gym, and cooking very hot chilli con carne!

Oliver Westrup

Head of SEO

Oliver is an accomplished data-driven marketer with a focus on SEO. He uses his marketing, analytics, and design background to develop effective optimisation strategies that drive measurable results for his clients. His areas of expertise include technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation, as well as content strategy and data insights.

As a member of Reach Digital, Oliver is part of a dynamic and growing team. He is proud to help businesses achieve their goals through effective marketing strategies and optimisation. When he’s not working, Oliver pursues his passions as an artist and gamer and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Some of Oliver’s notable career highlights include collaborating with the BBC, being part of a team nominated for ‘most effective employer brand’, leading the rebrand of an international recruitment company, and helping numerous clients achieve their business objectives through SEO. With a proven track record of success and a passion for making a real impact in the industry, Oliver is dedicated to empowering businesses with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the digital landscape.

Andreas Gerakianakis

Web Developer

Andreas is a creative Web Developer that joined Reach as his first agency role. Before working at Reach, Andreas studied a variety of skills such as graphic design, 3D modelling and UX design, finding a passion for human-centred design. As a result, Andreas now creates unique digital experiences tailored to our client’s needs and nuances.

One of Andreas’ career highlights has been supporting the rebuild of the Reach website – where he took a pivotal role in the site’s development. When talking about work-life, Andreas expresses gratitude to the environment Reach provides, enabling him to express his creativity and hone his skillset with the support of his team.

When Andreas isn’t in the office, he enjoys video games and woodwork. Andreas also has a passion for digital sculpting, creating three-dimensional models for video games and animations.

Harry Pettitt

Paid Media Executive

Harry is a paid social media expert with extensive experience in campaign management and optimisation. He has honed his skills at Ventura Digital, where he specialized in paid social media, building, auditing and running campaigns across a wide range of platforms.

Harry has a proven track record of success, demonstrated by his ability to grow bi-monthly subscribers for Guinea Pig Magazine from 48 to 1,000 through targeted paid social advertising. He is skilled in audience sizing and forecasting, campaign building and testing, and campaign auditing and health checks to maximize ROI.

In his free time, Harry is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys performing stand-up comedy. He is passionate about helping clients reach their targets and solving problems to drive quick and tangible results in paid social advertising.
